My approach
At the heart of my work is a simple, radical truth: learning to love ourselves as we are is transformative. I guide clients through holistic and therapeutic practices that support the exploration of past wounds while building a foundation of self-acceptance, empowerment, and nervous system regulation. In our sessions, I may incorporate somatic interventions, always with full consent and clear boundaries. These practices, rooted in Relational Somatic Healing, are entirely optional, but often deeply helpful. Something as simple as holding hands or resting a hand over the heart can be profoundly co-regulating. These embodied gestures help quiet the mental noise and soften the defenses that keep us stuck, allowing access to the deeper emotional truths stored in the body. Over time, these practices do more than support regulation. They build embodied trust. And when trust takes root in regular hourly sessions, it becomes the foundation for deeper healing during medicine work. The body begins to feel safer. More open. More ready. In my experience, this kind of relational work is not just helpful, it is deeply necessary in the world of medicine work today.
This approach isn’t about fixing or diagnosing. It is about reclaiming what is real. It is about remembering what we have forgotten. When we meet our inner experience with curiosity and compassion, even the most persistent patterns begin to soften. This is how lasting change begins, not by pushing, but by listening.

I believe that we can transform our behavior by cultivating a healthier relationship with the habits we've developed to protect ourselves from harm. These protective mechanisms—our defense mechanisms—are natural ways our minds and bodies shield our ego from emotional threats like embarrassment, judgment, and shame. It is not until we can identify and accept these parts of ourselves, that real change can take place.
However, in today’s fast-paced, often disconnected world, we've become so accustomed to building walls around ourselves that love and genuine connection struggle to break through.
Are you feeling stuck? Or a pull for change? Does your inner voice tell you that there must be another way? I welcome those who find themselves at a crossroads, ready to shift and grow into something more aligned with their true self.

The Guest House - Rumi
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture.
Still. Treat each guest honorably.
They may be clearing you out for some new delight.
The dark thought. The shame. The malice.
Meet them at the door laughing. And invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes.
Because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
