Groups & Retreats

Some of the most profound healing happens in community. There is something irreplaceable about doing this work alongside others who are also willing to show up honestly, to be witnessed, and to witness in return.

Over the years I have facilitated men's groups, mixed gender healing circles, and multiday retreats incorporating somatic work, relational practice, and psilocybin ceremony. These offerings tend to emerge organically when the right people and conditions come together rather than on a fixed schedule.
