Offerings and Sliding Scale Breakdown

Who I Work With

My work is grounded in relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches. I am drawn to working with people who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their inner world with honesty, curiosity, and real commitment. This is not quick-fix work. We will move at your pace, toward embodied, and often this process is profoundly clarifying in the exploration of your needs.

Over the years, a number of female bodied humans have shared that working with a male bodied facilitator initially felt risky because of past experiences of abuse, harm, or disappointment due to those relationships. They have shared that through our work together, they were able to stay present with that discomfort rather than bypass it, and in doing so, shift long-held resentment, fear, or mistrust. I hold this feedback with humility, and it continues to inform how carefully I attend to power, pacing, and consent in the room.

Specialties
People often come to this work carrying:

  • Early relational wounding that still shapes how they connect

  • Familiar patterns of anxious, avoidant, or disorganized attachment

  • Chronic shame, harsh self-criticism, and difficulty being kind to themselves

  • Confusion about boundaries and power in their relationships

  • A psychedelic or non-ordinary state experience that needs somewhere to land

  • The approach of death, their own or someone they love

  • Questions of gender, embodiment, and identity

  • The ethical and relational weight of facilitation or caregiving roles

  • The particular complexity of ethical non-monogamy and polyamory

  • Long-standing patterns that talking about has not shifted

Populations
I tend to work best with:

• Adults seeking depth-oriented healing rather than symptom management
• People preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences
• Therapists, facilitators, and other healers needing consultation or supervision
• Men navigating inherited toxic masculinity, intimacy and partnership challenges, and parenting
• Individuals rebuilding trust in their bodies after trauma
• People practicing ethical non-monogamy or polyamory who want relational clarity rather than theory
• People who appear functional on the outside but feel fragmented inside

The Bathtub Sliding Scale

The Bathtub Scale:

The Bathtub Scale applies to individual preparation and integration sessions. Psilocybin administration sessions are priced separately based on the length and structure of the session.

This Sliding Scale is my way of making this work accessible to people with different financial realities. Choose the range that feels sustainable for you. There’s no application or proof of income, and if your circumstances change, we can always revisit your rate.

Healing should be accessible, not exclusive. This model is adapted from the Green Bottle Sliding Scale created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk.

Why a bathtub? Because everyone deserves to soak in healing waters, but we don't all have the same financial capacity to fill the tub.

Choose the level that best reflects what's sustainable for you right now.

————————————————————————————————————————————————

■ Level 1: The Light Soak - $125 to $175 per session

You're keeping water in the tub, with limited room to spare. This range may fit if finances are tight, there's little left after basic needs, or paying a higher rate would create meaningful financial strain or require taking on debt.

————————————————————————————————————————————————

■ Level 2: The Deep Soak - $200 to $275 per session

You're able to fill the tub and settle in. Your basic needs are consistently covered, you have some financial breathing room, and paying within this range feels sustainable without creating significant strain.

————————————————————————————————————————————————

■ Level 3: The Overflow - $300 to $500 per session

You have greater financial flexibility and can comfortably pay above my standard rate. Choosing this level helps me continue offering lower-cost spaces to people with less financial capacity.

Overflow is always optional. It's simply a way for people with greater capacity who want to support accessibility to do so.

Let’s keep the tub full, for you, and for everyone downstream.
